Yesterday, I went to Copenhagen with some friends. It is actually not far from Lund. The weather was nice, and lot's of people were out to take a stroll at the famous shopping street Stroget.
Two weeks ago, my brother and I stopped by the little city Torsby to take a look at their ski tunnel. When it is ready, you could practice cross country skiing all the year around in this ski tunnel, the world's longest. More information here
On Wednesday, I will sign up for a new apartment in Lund. It is situated close to the city centre, and the city park. It is also not fare from a golf course and a small creek in the countryside. Click here for a look on the map.
We are eating a lot at my office. Yesterday, we celebrated the International Woman's Day by eating chocolate muffin (queen cake). Tomorrow, as every Friday, my colleagues and I will eat breakfast together. Last week, we were eating those delicious semlor (one semla, many semlor) as seen on the picture.
Three hours ago, I finished today's challenge - Vasaloppet, 90 km skiing from Sälen to Mora. That took me almost 10 hours, since the snow was very loose. But I enjoyed the day, especially now when it's all over... :-)
This Sunday, March 5, is the famous skiing competition Vasaloppet going to be held. I am one of almost 16000 people who will participate. During the race, you can track me online at vasaloppet.se, with my start number 12789.
In 2004, I partcipated in the "Öppet spår" race, at the same place and with the same distance. Click here for my result from that time.
People here in the southern part of Sweden seems to don't like snow. They complain about it very much, especially in the newspapers. It has been snowing here for several days now, and I think it make the surroundings very nice to look at. 下雪 非常 開心!
